1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ShiftDocket application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

Users authenticate via mobile number and one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for maintaining control over your mobile number. Access must not be shared with unauthorized users.

The App collects location data approximately every 15 seconds during active shifts (and when movement is detected, based on a 25-metre distance interval). This tracking is used strictly for operational visibility and safety purposes. By using the App, you consent to this level of tracking.

7. Data Ownership

All operational data (including checklists, reports, and tracking data) belongs to the employer or organisation subscribing to the App. Individual users acknowledge that their data is accessible by their employer.

8. Data Accuracy

Users are responsible for the accuracy of submitted data. The App does not validate or guarantee correctness of user inputs.

9. Subscription & Payments

The App may be offered on a subscription basis (e.g., per driver per month). Pricing may be updated with reasonable notice. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of access.

10. Availability

While we aim for reliable service, uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, updates, or outages may occur without prior notice.

11. Compliance Disclaimer

The App assists with operational and safety processes but does not guarantee compliance with transport, workplace, or regulatory obligations (including NHVR requirements). Responsibility for compliance remains with the employer.
