• Real-time GPS location collected approximately every 15 seconds during active shifts (and when movement is detected, based on a 25-metre distance interval)

We use collected data to:

• Provide and operate the App
• Track driver activity during shifts
• Notify employers of faults or incidents
• Generate reports and operational insights
• Improve system performance and reliability

4. Data Hosting

All data is hosted in Australia using secure cloud infrastructure. We implement reasonable technical and organisational safeguards.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data.

We may share data:

• With the employer or organisation using the App
• When required by law or regulatory authorities

6. Data Ownership

All data generated through the App is owned by the subscribing employer. Employees and drivers acknowledge that their activity and location data is visible to their employer.

7. Data Retention

Data is retained for as long as necessary for operational and legal purposes. Retention periods may vary depending on employer requirements.

8. User Rights

Subject to applicable law, users may:
